We use DTF and print all of our designs in house with high quality materials. Clothing is not pre washed.
Wash Instructions:
-Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
-No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Returns/ Exchanges
ALL SALES FINAL as all of our products are made to order, apparel is ordered within acouple days of order. We do not accept returns/ exchange.
Damage / Defected
All of our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping but we understand damages happen.
-Customers are responsible for inspecting all items and messaging us within 72 hours of receiving the order in the case of any damages/ defects.
-Replacements will not be issued after 72 hrs as damages could have occurred outside of our care.
